Our Mission

Quantum Light Wellness Center nurtures a culture of wellness by offering holistic modalities, products, and support that inspire members to make more informed choices that enhance their overall wellness and healing.

Grounded in the belief that each individual is a sacred embodiment of life, we cultivate a thriving community where every member can experience being more fully aligned in their wellness and healing in all 4 realms of being: the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Meet Our Staff

DOM CAMPBELL

Center Director

Dom Campbell is a dedicated holistic wellness practitioner and co-director of Quantum Light Wellness Center in Hillsborough, NJ.

After working in corporate IT for nearly 30 years, being a worship leader at church for over 40 years, and working more than 15 years immersed in holistic health and energy leadership, Dom blends cutting-edge holistic technologies with ancient healing wisdom to help Members of the center restore balance, vitality, and well-being at the deepest levels.

His unique background allows him to bridge the worlds of science, spirituality, and energy wellness, guiding individuals toward profound transformation and healing.

Driven by his deep passion for holistic healing, Dom is committed to the mindful integration of advanced holistic technologies at the center, ensuring they are used with intention and care to support each individual’s wellness journey. In combination with his Mastery Level coaching skills, he has helped Members of the center to understand their energetic states and track transformational shifts within, leading them to achieve greater healing, vitality, and well-being.

Committed to creating a nurturing and safe space at the center, Dom empowers individuals on their healing and wellness journey. He is devoted to guiding members towards optimal health, healing, and expanded consciousness through personalized wellness solutions.

Dom and his staff are committed to providing a welcoming environment where Members can explore innovative, non-invasive healing modalities to help the body to heal itself down to the cellular level, restore energy, reduce stress, and awaken their highest potential.

Dom provides 1:1 and group coaching services, and holds joint certification as a Master Health Coach and Life Coach, and is a Level 2 certified Expert with Bio-Well.

JAY VINCE-CRUZ

Ministry Director

Jay’s journey is anything but conventional—and that’s exactly what makes it extraordinary. A true polymath, he studied Management Science and Information Systems in college, double-majored in Mathematics, and minored in Philosophy. His career spans a range of industries, including financial services, IT, healthcare, taxation, and nonprofit work.

At the heart of it all is music. For over 30 years, Jay has served as a minister of music, including 11 years in full-time ministry as Director of Sacred Music. Sound has also played a vital role in his personal wellness journey—expressed through piano, organ, voice, handbells, and crystal singing bowls as instruments of healing, reflection, and connection.

A passionate health enthusiast, Jay goes beyond traditional wellness approaches. He explores energy healing and quantum wellness, viewing the human being as a dynamic system of energy and light. Inspired by his parents—both medical technologists—he has pursued this passion through modern holistic technologies. As a certified Bio-Well Expert, he uses bio-electrography to assess the human energy field, or as he calls it, the human light system.

Jay is also an international best-selling author, contributing to the anthology The Call Within: Finding Purpose and Sparking Transformation. In his chapter, “Awakening the Heart to Live a Life You’ll Love,” he shares powerful life lessons and an eight-step process to connect with the divine “I Am” within.

He often says that we are all on a musical spiritual journey—where sound, energy, and intention shape our path. Jay continues this work as a Cognomovement Student Practitioner and advocates for the integration of natural holistic practices, quantum energy technologies, and conscious community.

In addition, Jay is a dedicated supporter of our inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As a trusted Private Membership Association (PMA) Advisor, he empowers individuals and organizations to reclaim and exercise these rights through private, member-based structures.

His mission is to use his gifts to serve others, uplift humanity, and spark transformation—one heart, one frequency, one moment at a time.

The first change she experienced was the relief of sciatica pain that had kept her from her exercise classes for two weeks — gone in just one week! As she continued her visits, DeeJah observed how the Directors interacted with Members and recognized how the Center operates within a level of integrity and is truly heart-centered. When offered the opportunity to become a Staff Member at the Quantum Light Center, she eagerly embraced it.

DeeJah says “I love serving this community and experiencing the powerful healing modalities and the events being offered here. I also really enjoy connecting with two of my favorite people (the Center Directors, Dom & Jay), and really love being a part in supporting such a beautiful community of individuals on their healing journeys.”

In addition to her work at the Center, DeeJah is a licensed Practitioner at the Center for Spiritual Living, Princeton. She holds a BA in Communications and an MS in Media Studies, and she has also earned the highest Toastmasters designation of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). DeeJah served on the Alumni Council at her high school, Mercersburg Academy, for three years and was honored with the Alumni Council Medal for Distinguished Service in 2024.
